Update on ID Proof for migration esa to uc

This just gets worse. We didnt fail telephone calls yesterday, the UC computor system requires more ID:
Passport birth cert marriage cert etc the list is endless.
So not only were we put through the stress of building up to that call, we passed it but UC system wants more ID. So what was the point.
I've lost it today. I've contacted my MP whos contacted the DWP.
So they have no idea when visit will be, it will have to work around cancer treatments & my hospital appointments. It could be weeks up to 8 & I only get one more 2 week ESA payment & 2 weeks rent & told I'll have to manage on my PIP & my husbands state pension! Our rents £765 our outgoing bills exceed a £1000 so I'll have to get in debt with credit cards & not pay rent.
I'm lost with it all to put ill people through this is cruel & there as to be disabilty clause that makes this wrong? We've passed the telephone ID but still not enough. So whats the point of the telephone ID?
As anyone else gone through this farce?
My husband hasnt eaten today & he needs to eat due to treatment & weightloss, hes stressed, I've been in bed all day just lying down crying mostly. Not eaten & didnt sleep last night.
I've said on the UC journal thing I'm disgusted that ill people are being dragged thru this hell & the only way the DWP are coming into our home is with a 3rd party present ie the support worker I had last week, as I dont trust them or this system.
I just feel like they're trying to kill us off, as we wont survive weeks of this stress. Since March I've had this over our heads, finally got forms done & did pass but made no difference, passed call made no difference have to wait for this home visit.
Does anyone know my rights about letting them in? Can we both stand or sit in our doorway holding the info needed?
I mean its like a cruel joke

I don't know of a migration complaint department, try the Universal Credit complaints procedure https://makeacomplaint.dwp.gov.uk/
