Could anyone please shed some light on the following? "one of the types of cases that should not require a face to face is claimants with cardiorespiratory conditions such as severe Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)"
Thank you in advance. 👍️

Hey @Marcus66 welcome to the community.
That basically means some conditions will mean getting in for a face to face assessment wont be possible, so phone or video assessments would happen.0 -
Thanks so is COPD a condition that could possibly be excluded from a face-to-face assessement?

Going from the quote, then yes, COPD wouldn't require a face to face, so it'd be phone or video call. Though I'd guess it all depends on the severity of the condition.
