Benefits and work have said this is now money bill. So please help me understand this. Does the ammendments from yesterday and the removal of the 4 point rule still apply
Yes - the removal of the much talked about four point PIP rule still applies as it does not form part of the renamed Welfare Bill - now known simply as the Universal Credit Bill.
PIP we be relooked at by MPs next year following the Timms review.
