How I’ve been feeling.

hey guys, been feeling a bit low again lately.
but today I managed to push myself and go to Tesco which is a further walk for me.
my anxiety did get bad and I did walk really fast to the point I got stitches.
but I did it.
I did wake up a bit earlier than usual . Had to set two alarms as kept falling back to sleep. let’s just say I woke up in the am time.
I normally don’t go outside even if it’s hot is because of my anxiety/scared of making friends. I usually close my curtains during the day too.
tomorrow well today, I have travel a bit far. So when I get back I’m probably gonna sleep all afternoon tbh.

It's great to hear you managed to go a bit further yesterday @ryleyyg that's huge! It may seem like a small thing to some, but that's showing great progress. Little and often wins the race. ❤️

not sure if everyone else will see this but yes I do. I was very anxious but I do feel better! But I do feel drained tho

That's to be expected @ryleyyg it'll take time to build up that outside confidence, so you'll be very drained, just take things easy and be gentle with yourself. You're doing great. ❤️

Thank you I appreciate it! I did feel a bit sick dis morning when I went, however I only had an egg sandwich which was cooked. So had two eggs in the sandwich.not sure if that’s what made my stomach feel sick. Of the anxiety

#Ryleyyg,
Just seen yesterday's post. Congratulations on making the effort and getting as far as you did. If it's any consolation, I would guess that the anxiety was probably more likely the cause of your nausea and that quite often happens with anxiety. (I don't know exactly why but it does).
I hope your a visit out today is successful for you and you can enjoy some of the lovely weather we are experiencing at present.

Good morning/afternoon ryleyyg 😉
"but today I managed to push myself and go"
That's the only way I get outside too and I almost always feel better for it. My motto when I was very unwell was notice what works and repeat.
Building fitness and confidence will take practice but they will come. Well done for making the effort and doing this for yourself.
