ESA question

Hello. I'm a bit confused. I'm one of the ESA claimants who are still to transfer to UC, and was wondering about a facet of the UC Act. It says the ESA rate will be frozen, but won't ESA be abolished next spring anyway?

There are two types of ESA.
Income Related, which is ending and being replaced by Universal Credit.
Contributions Based/New Style ESA, which is not being replaced by UC.
