I had a motorbility car & my motorbility element of PIP was stopped, I was allowed to keep the car whilst appeal & MR took place on the understanding if PIP was reinstated I had to pay back any outstanding amounts.
I had to go to tribunal & paid for someone to help me through appeal/tribunal & agreed to pay an additional 25% fee on top from any money awarded to me.
Total amount was
£3117.45
Amount due to motorbility as agreed
£1282.55
Balance
£1834.90
Do I pay 25% of £3117.45 or 25% of £1834.90

    Morning @Angel9xs and welcome to the community.

    I'd be unable to say for certain, as it depends on the wording. But if they want 25% of what s awarded, then it would be the full sum, so 25% of £3117.45.

    They should have explained it in any paperwork you previously signed with them though.
