Going from ESA support group to UC

Hi
I have a query that I hope I can get answered , I moved over with my migration notice application from ESA support group to UC and started migration 20th May i started on full UC from 26th June but only received £540.35 as UC claimed back a overpayment of ESA support group payment as they sent me another payment 20th June & took back £346.61 but ESA support group only pays me £323.50 , but now yesterday in my journal I've been told i owe £249.76 from 3rd June - 20 June 2025 from housing benefit , because council housing was over paid from ESA support group ,
on 16th June daughters bought my house for me & I reported I didn't need housing benefit to UC journal on 17th June soon as confirmation came from solicitor & council on 16th June , & from 17th June UC cancelled it which it states in my journal that Chloe cancelled it ,
but housing benefit payment was sent from ESA to council housing as they overpaid me on 20th May, that overpayment from ESA support was taking from my first UC on 26th June sum of £346.61 , which states in my journal under payment
there for I need the £246.76 of housing benefit back from council housing benefit as need to be reimbursed to UC as housing benefit was overpaid too from ESA to council housing ,
otherwise I will be paying double for same dates as council housing has got the payment which shouldn't of been paid,
& now UC is asking for another payment , which the council housing has got for me to pay back to reimburse back to UC as I received a letter that they will take £246.76 from installments of my UC but it was overpaid from ESA to council housing when it shouldn't of been paid to council housing , it should of been paid to my UC & I paid my council housing office , but never got it as it wasn't stated in my payment journal that I received my housing benefit from UC , so why would UC say I owe them £246.76 if ESA support group paid it either way wether it came from my ESA payment or if I got it from UC for me to pay it they still got there payment up until 16 June , as that's the date my daughter's got the confirmation that it was no longer council & I contacted my journal on the 17th to state I no longer needed housing benefit but if I owe UC credit for overpaid housing benefit, as I was still on housing benefit until 16 June but they say I owe UC for ESA support group housing benefit overpayment when I would of still been getting housing benefit if Im still on UC until 16th June , but this overpayment is from 3rd June to 19th June as it's states I get two weeks housing benefit during the migration over which will bring it to 3rd June to 19th June but I cancelled it on 17th June when daughter got noticed on 16th from council it wasn't a council tenancy from 16th June, but up to the 16th June I still should of been getting housing benefit with UC & I didn't , I've asked UC for a break down & I get nothing back to say all I get is I'm getting £246.76 taking from installments from UC as it's a overpayment from housing benefit , but surely if I have to reimburse my ESA they over days from my UC why can't I ask the council housing office for their over payment , why I'm l paying twice
Very grateful if anyone can answer this as surely if I've paid back UC for ESA overpayment then I can ask council housing office for the overpayment to housing benefit for me to give to UC , as UC never gives me a payment to pay my housing benefit on the dates they are stating as I was still a council tennant until 16th June ,
I feel I've going to pay double as they got my housing benefit from my ESA payment , but now asking for it again with UC when it was paid
Very confused
