LCW onto LCWRA

Good afternoon, I’ve been on LCW for 1 year + and I wrote on my journal 3th Feb that my condition had worsened, had my assessment and have been moved onto LCWRA, will I get a backdate at all and will the extra money be in my next statement? Thank you so much

When moving from LCW to LCWRA no waiting period applies.
Money is usually only be backdated to the date you reported change if you also submitted continuous Fit Notes.
Otherwise the decision and pay dates to the Assessment Period in which the decision was made.
Even though you've received the decision letter, UC still need time to process and put LCWRA into payment.
If it's missing from your next statement then they will owe you one month's LCWRA element.
If you currently receive any Transitional Protection on your claim, this will reduce by the LCWRA amount (£423.27).

Heya @mils and welcome to the community. I hope you're doing ok today?
the LCWRA payments start on the 4th full payment cycle from when you first reported a change in health. So I think you may be due some backpay there. I'm still learning the ins and outs of LCWRA, so I may be wrong, but I'm sure another community member will be along soon to give a firm answer. 😁0
