Pending U.C Payment Tomorrow Friday

Tomorrow (Fri) I received my first U.C payment. My bank has put a pending Credit of £281.10 When I received my last ESA payment it was for £311.40

The difference between the two payments is £30.30 in my maths. Is this right? Am I £30 a month worse off?

I was told I may be better off all but slightly with the new payment?

Could anyone advise please?

Are you sure it's a UC payment?

£281.10 is correct for two weeks worth of New Style ESA.

You'd receive that amount of ESA every fortnight, with a UC payment topping up your income once a month.
