Hi there @samantha1234 and welcome to the community.
Due to the nature of the community, it can sometimes take a while for people to see and comment on your discussion, so a bit of patience is often needed. Especially as people are here on their own free time.LCWRA is paid after a full 3 month payment cycles have passed. LCWRA component is then paid in on the 4th payment cycle.

I can advise on your LCWRA timeline with a bit more information, even though you've received the letter it does take time for UC to process the decision, add LCWRA into payment and calculate any backpay due. This all usually takes several weeks at least.
The benefit cap will be lifted in the first Assessment Period LCWRA element payment applies.
LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods, from the date the first Fit Note was handed in. No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.
What date did you report the health condition?
What date was your first Fit Note?
Were there any gaps in handing in Fit Notes, any that were backdated etc?
Do you claim with a partner who gets LCWRA, or have Transitional Protection on your claim?
Finally what is your UC assessment period or payment date?
