hi my friend received at letter stating that he would no longer get any money for his son from 18 July as that would be his last day at college he received his universal credit award for this month and they have took it off from this month is that correct as I thought it was paid in arrears and so did he as they go on the previous months wage slip

Hi @DOBBIEJ, it should be paid in arrears, yes. It might be worth contacting them Monday to clarify this and the period the last payment covered.
