how I can get my payment

My cost of living payment went into the bank then they closed my account so my £299 I never got and this was 23 or 24 and I've been trying to get it back a long time and the bank aswell as dwp have been giving me the run around ever since I just want to know how I can get my payment

    hi I'm so sorry to hear about that I don't know how to answer that question for you. However I would recommend that you visit the coffee lounge for a general chat or the games den for some fun.

    DWP paid you, so it's the Bank you need to deal with.

    What happened to the money in your account after the bank closed it?

    Have you made a formal complaint to your bank?

    There is also the banking ombudsman, who can help if you are unsatisfied with the banks response to your complaint or they haven't replied within 8 weeks.
