Hi, my name is Dani26! Stressed about messages in my UC journal, any advice?

Hi,
I have Autism & ADHD (AuDHD), Complex Mental Health issues, including EUPD, Depression, Anxiety and eating disorders.
I have migrated to UC and an waiting for my first payments. I am so stressed with the Journal and that I am getting messages from lots of different people.
I was in the Income Related ESA Support Group with SDP. My ESA has ended, had a letter today, but my Journal says I have to let both UC and ESA know if my circumstances change. I messaged to say I don't understand as my ESA has stopped.
The woman says I will get the new ESA (I haven't worked for 14 years so I'm really confused), I thought I would get LCWRA and TP so I wouldn't lose money. I won't be told how much I will get until 4th August.
I'm clueless and this is all new to me, I simply don't understand. I don't have an appointee, as I am single and estranged from my adopted family.
Why is this so confusing? I'm not sure I'll manage this journal and dealing with lots of messages that I don' t understand. Surely there is some help for people like me, who get confused and have melt downs as soon as I get a text to say I have to look at my journal. I go into panic mode and get really anxious.
I hope someone can put my mind at ease and reassure me please.
Thank you
