Migration question

hi
Could I have advice please as I’m doing my sons UC migration from ESA income support as his appointee. The questions as enclosed are confusing me. My son is an adult now in supported living do I need to answer this question? He previously lived at home with me as a child. So I’m not sure what to put. Thank you

I think you need to answer yes to the second question, the definition of care as given on the application includes supported accommodation.
My thinking is if from the age of 14 he has been in supported accommodation for more than 13 weeks, then the answer is yes.
You could always try a trained benefits advisor, Citizens Advice have a Help to Claim service, they can support you before during and after your claim.
If he receives Housing Benefit to pay his rent this will continue after migration, those in Supported Living have rent paid via HB not UC Housing Element.
