I’ve just been awarded pip .
Do I have to inform UC and housing benefit that I’m receiving it , rent council ect or because it’s a totally different benefit I don’t have too awaiting advise ? …..Thanks for your answers ……

No you don't need to inform UC regarding your new award, no problem there.

For your UC Housing Element, do you have any non dependant deductions?

Do you have a spare bedroom and regularly need overnight care from a non resident?

No just me . No other people and no extra rooms .

In that case PIP has no impact on your UC award, and you don't need to tell them.
