WCA phone call cancelled

Hi everyone,

I was due to have my Telephone assessment next week for the health element of UC. However, I’ve just received a letter saying this is cancelled as they now have enough evidence.

What does this usually mean?

It usually means they have enough evidence to make a paper based assessment.

It doesn't mean a positive or negative result. It simply means they have enough information to make their decision. You will receive a letter soon with the result.
