Uc - worried that we have heard nothing, but still being paid
Hi
We migrated to UC on the 27th may 25. Everything went through ok. We have been paid new style ESA every 2 weeks and due our 2nd UC on the 3rd aug.
Hubby had a letter dated the 17th June about claimant commitments. Stating will will get a phone call or appointment at the JC. On the 24th June I wrote on my journal asking when we would get a call or an appointment nobody replied. To this day we have had nothing but money still being paid. Do I need to be worried and contact them
On the 3rd June we did our ID check at the job centre and we were told we would not have work commitments. Hubby on LCWRA and pip me on carers allowance and pip.
Tyia for your advice

I believe there is a backlog with the NS ESA commitment appointments.
As long as the money is being paid I really wouldn't be concerned.
They will get to you eventually.
I'm glad everything has gone smoothly 🙂
