in Start here and say hello!

Hello

I have been wanting to post here for a while having been reading other members comments, experiences, fears, successes and support for one another.

I am (as my user name suggests) very anxious, even as I type these words. It isn't easy explaining, but I will try in another post.

I also can't look at screens for too long before I become panicky, so will try being concise.
