£500 better off on universal credit then ESA

It works out i'm roughly £500 better off a month on universal credit lcw then ESA wrag, i was paying full rent on ESA with my son living with me now I only have to pay £93 rent a month… still waiting to here about my assessment so hopefully get put in the lcwra group…

I'v had an assessment, it lasted 11 minutes and she then said she had enough evidence so didn't need to go into my other medical conditions ..

Be careful about council tax. My mum migrated to UC, and noted her benefits increase slightly, but she just got a letter saying her income support has stopped. Where she was paying only £22/month, she is now being asked to pay £137! Apparently, UC and PIP now counts as income.
