Universal Credit

Hi, I have read several UC related posts, but none of them are similar to my problem. My problem is that I received a message from UC that they transferred £5345.06 to me for six months last year in 2024, but this is not true (I can prove with a bank statement that it is not true) and because I remember last year I starved a lot to pay my bills but because I decided that no matter what happens I will work again (I need help to start), do you know the procedures (if you ask for help) the first, all kinds of money checks (they even look in your panties, because you must have hidden the money that you have) It is so humiliating what they are doing to me!!!!!! There was a rewrite in my UC payments afterwards and they are shouting at me ""WHERE IS THE MONEY""? (I only received a gentle warning) but this is enough to scare me and that is why I can't get back on my feet because I have to be scared again and again!! The ""gentle warning"" ACCEPT THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED IT!!!!! And I'm scared!!!! Because I get all my money from UC, even though my health is gradually deteriorating, I don't get money from anywhere else, my lungs are 52% working, I'm deaf in one ear, they can't do anything about my back pain etc. I talk to a lot of people in the online world, I know that UC does a lot of things that ""we say CANNOT be done"" What should I do? Should I tell the inspectors ""oh of course I got it, I just forgot"" but then I won't get help with the work, and no matter how you look at it it will be written there ""I FORGOT THAT I RECEIVED £5345.06"", everyone knows we don't forget things like that!!!! I talked to UC, tried to get them to step back in this matter (because this is disgraceful, disgusting) with a sick person), then after the exchange of letters I got the ""mild"" warning! Thanks for the reply Esther.
