Betrayed by friend

Hi. I'm new here. I'm feeling isolated. I have mental health issues and I've had a friend for nearly 30 years and suddenly last week I got a text from her saying she was having a break from "sad" people. I feel even more depressed now. It seems like the only thing I've done wrong is to have mental health issues
