Like the title said. I have requested a copy of the report on my journal. How am I meant to do course when I can't even leave the house on my own . I haven't left the house on my own since March.

LCW means you are expected to engage in work preparation activities.
It is LCWRA that has no work commitments.

If you have LCW you can ask that you engage in work preparation activities remotely if you are unable to leave the house. Do you think that you should have been found to have LCWRA ? If so you may want to challenge the decision.
