LCWRA with appointee

My son was granted LCWRA today. Will he be assessed again in the future? It was done by telephone and I took the call as his appointee. His behaviour is unsafe. (Police incidents) He is on high rate living and mobility PIP

Yes he will most likely be re assessed in future, although this might not be for a long time as significant backlogs exist within the system.
LCWRA unlike PIP does not have an expiry date. It will continue to be paid until such a time as he is found fit for work or moved to LCW.
