Hi, my name is NicVic! UC interview is supposed to take place in a job centre, but I can't travel

I've had a recent Intercranial Brain Haemorrhage, and am just applying for PIP & Universal credit. The UC phone interview, which is all about my inability to travel alone or meet in crowded places due to vision issues associated with my condition Palinopsia is supposed to take place in Job Centre, to which I cannot travel or enter!
I've suggested they visit my home where I could meet them in the garden. I have no immunity due to my high dosage steroid treatment so I am not prepared to put my health at risk of infection. Mad!

Hi @NicVic, welcome to the community. It's good that you've suggested an alternative to them. As it's all due to your condition, they should hopefully be able to accommodate for that fact that you can't travel.
Fingers crossed the rest of your claim goes smoothly!
