me and my partner are on a joint claim I receive pip and lcwra he receives high rate DLA even though he’s an adult he got awarded indefinitely as severally disabled and never changed to pip we got told he is entitled to the disability element and that can be paid on top of my lcwra is this correct? Many thanks

I'm not sure what disability element you are referring too but suspect you have been advised incorrectly.
These are the additional elements of UC:
Only one LCWRA element is paid per joint claim. As you yourself already get LCWRA, your partner cannot be paid it as well.
