Applied for ESA support group but then went on to universal credit with out them making a decision, i was on ESA wrag but with new medical conditions applied to be put in a support group but then got the migration letter so was automatically put in the lcw group, so what happens if i get put in the lcwra will it be classed has a new claim

No, a LCWRA decision would be applied to your existing UC claim.
If you receive Transitional Protection it will reduce.
If you receive payment for LCW, it will reduce by the monetary difference between LCW & LCWRA.
If you don't receive payment for LCW TP will reduce by the LCWRA amount which is £423.27.
