Universal Credit Payment Not Arrived and Payment Page not updated.

I've recently started my claim for Universal Credit and I was due payment on the 3rd, which fell on the Sunday, so I expected to be paid on Friday the 1st, but it still hasn't arrived as of the 7th. My payments page also hasn't updated on my UC portal, saying I'll know how much I'm going to get on the 30th of July and I'll be paid by 8pm on the 3rd of August. I put a message on my journal on the 5th and didn't hear anything back from anyone. Thanks for any advice.

Hi @lujo7, welcome to the community. That's really frustrating, sorry to hear things aren't going smoothly with your claim. If you haven't had a reply from your journal, you could try ringing the helpline to see if they can explain what's happened:
