"Income other than earnings"

in Universal Credit (UC)

So I'm a bit confused here, because I'm being moved over from ESA to UC. So why do they need to know if I'm getting extra income from ESA? Does it only apply to New Style ESA? Because I'm on the old one and that'll be discontinued.

    Each application to UC is treated as a new application, even those migrating from IR ESA.

    So you do need to answer yes to that question.
