Contributions based esa - bank loans?

Hi all!
I am on ESA Contributions based ESA. I am on no means tested benifits. I have a small priviate pension that has been declared. Yay!
I was wanted to borrow a small amount from the bank on top of my mortgage. Am I allowed to do that?

Yes, not a problem for CB ESA.
The bank might not be keen to lend in this circumstance though.

As previously advised, generally CB ESA are only concerned with pension income.
