Hi, my name is 272! Daughters Personal Health Budget has been reduced, but needs haven't changed.
hi I’m looking for advice my Daughter has a PHB some of the things that have been identified needs such as physio and massage therapy as well as things that have been in from the beginning they are trying to remove iv filed a complaint and will take it to the next level of the ombudsman thank you

Could you just confirm what you mean with PHB please? Is that personal health budget? When was this put in place and what's lead to the adjustments?0 -
yes a Personal health budget sorry I should have not used abbreviations force of habit it was put in place 6/7 years ago there is several reasons for the adjustment but her needs haven’t changed

Not a worry at all @272 I just needed to make sure you weren't speaking about Dungeons and Dragons. 😆
Sometimes they may feel, despite needs not actually changing, that ways of receiving help can be of a higher standard for less time, so they'll reduce payments with that reasoning. Hopefully that makes some sense? I'm hoping a community member with more experience with PHBs may be able to shed a bit more light on possible reasonings.
