Deal with loud annoying rude neighbours

how do I deal with loud and rude neighbours that always cause trouble?
shouting all day non stop?
we’ve had police the council knock on there door etc and they still haven’t been kicked out.
according to other neighbours they don’t even pay there council tax too.
Every Thursday or Friday they have this guy turn up shouting outside or whistling/honking his car to get them to come down.
the council do not care they even know about those neighbours causing trouble but why haven’t they not been kicked out?
there’s families here who work night shifts have babies etc.
They always cause trouble letting random strangers into the flat etc.
it’s screaming/shouting/talking loud all day.
im going insane lol. I’ve been doing volunteering to get away from it.

Sorry to hear the neighbours are less than fun @ryleyyg I understand how infuriating that can be! The local council have a duty to look into all noise complaints, so I'd suggest getting back in touch with the noise abatement team, as well as keeping a diary of the type of noise and the times it's all happening. This can often help the team pinpoint when it'll be worth them checking the place out.
Though it's doubtful they'll be removed from the premises, not unless they do something specific to go against their tenancy agreement. But they could be looking at very large fines for causing repeat ‘statutory nuisance’ as it's called.1 -
Just a thought Ryleyyg, is their house rented?
If so it may be helpful to contact their landlord and make a complaint direct to them. You and your neighbours ought to be able to do that anonymously.
I've known that to help for other people.

What a nightmare. Some people just don’t care about anything except themselves. If you are 100% sure contact Local Authority about CT. Who owns the property? HA? Council? Contact them and complain about everything. If private then contact Landlord to protest. If they own it themselves….not much you can do….except complain to LA about noise and everything else. Making noise unnecessarily late in evening/nighttime is illegal. Visitors making nuisance, Noisy cars, shouting, motorbikes revving - all illegal…..council should act. Importantly don’t give up. Don’t approach them at all. Good luck.

Keep a dairy and dairy everything. And ask neighbors to keep one as well. It may feel sole destroying but the police and the council can take action with dairy. All it needs date. Time it start time it stopped and how you feel when it on
