Uc worry

I got this and really worried as I forgot to. Say my daughter had moved out
You have told us your daughter left the household on 10/06/2024. Please log into your Universal Credit account to report them from the date the change happened and select 'Home' then ‘Report a change' then 'Children and other people who live with you'. You need to report the change of circumstances by 04/09/2025, if you do not an agent will report it on your behalf.
If further information is needed, you will be contacted with details of what to provide and the date to provide it by. If you need more time to report the change or provide evidence, you must let Universal Credit know through your journal or by telephoning the service centre. You may get a telephone call from the jobcentre to review your claimant commitment. Any overpayments will be referred for recovery.

That is a standard message, all you can do as advised yesterday is to report the change, wait to see if there is an overpayment and what your new monthly award will be following your daughter moving out.
There might also be a small fine of £50.

You might not need to provide any evidence, it's a standard message they send to everyone regardless of what the change actually was.
