Universal Credit Total Farce very confusing information given

I applied for Universal Credit after a migration letter. My housing association helped me fill it in. On Monday i went into verify my ID at the jobcentre and spoke to someone who told me conflicting information I was told that my ESA would be continuing and she told me the first date my payment of UC would be made. But I was told that I would get 2 payments one for ESA and one for universal credit with the rent payment. I was told that someone from the jobcentre either herself or another person would phone me about Universal Credit ending. I phoned ESA to check this out and they said they couldn't tell me anything about my claim for ESA and I might get it again in 2 weeks but things might change, that was as clear as mud! They told me to phone Universal credit migration number. They couldn't tell Mr anything and put me through to Universal credit claims as my claim has been accepted. He was the worst he said he couldn't tell me anything about ESA ending and suggested I phone ESA. I have ADHD and find the whole thing really stressful it should be a simple thing answering a question on when my ESA ends and it Is impossible to get a simple answer to a basic question he said he would get a case manager to phone me. After 2 hours I got fed up and told him I thought he was a **** idiot. If I find that woman in the jobcentre was wrong I'm putting in a complaint about her. I have also written to my Mp and my MSP to say there is serious communication issues going on. Anyone else had this farce or is it just me?

I’m in the Support Group for ESA, I’m on top level PIP and I am also on Universal Credit. I’ve been told that I won’t be amongst those migrating which is a relief. But I’ve been asking to have my appointment on Tuesday to verify new name documents in either a video call or a home visit. But due to bank holiday I’m going to have to go down there which is triggering my anxiety and also fight or flight as well. I haven’t been into the city centre for six months and I’m scared witless, I haven’t only left my flat for medical appointments.
