Am I being gaslight with when I should be recieving my LCWRA payment ???

I was awarded Limited capability for work and work-related activity from 1 May 2025. This fell within the assessment period 20 April to 19 May 2025. My payment day is on the 26th, so when would I be getting my additional Limited capability for work and work-related activity?

I was expecting it on the 26th of August 2025, as per my letter and my payment. Then I am being told that I will have to do an additional amount on top of waiting 3 months because my assessment fell between an assessment period?

I am very confused and would love for someone to properly explain if I am in the wrong here.

Fit Notes must be given to UC with no gaps up until the LCWRA decision. It's the date they are given to UC that counts, not the start date written on them.

Any gaps impact the waiting period.

LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods.

Assuming no gaps, your April/May AP won't count because it is a partial AP.

Your waiting period is May/June, June/July, July/August.

August/September you are eligible for LCWRA payment, first paid on 26th September.
