in Universal Credit (UC)

Hi i was given in sicknotes to uc fordt one 5th may then another one then another then one for 2months till 23rd September i went for medical on 6th August got passed for LCRWA im due payment on 1st Sept from uc anyone know if I get back pay plz I did apply for pup and appealed 3 times now going to tribunal just waiting the assessment person told me if I get declined to try again for pip just waiting see what happens she could see how much pain I was in

    LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods before LCWRA element is added to your award. No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.

    Looking at your dates it's extremely unlikely you will be due any backpay.

    It's possible you won't get LCWRA for this upcoming payment either, it might still be too early.
