I'm currently in receipt of UC after transitioning from ESA I also do supported work and have been paid by UC since June 2025 but I havnt received a payment qnd I dont have an online journal to enquire why not received...my earning are exactly the same every month so its definitely not to do with that...very frustrating

    What date was your payment due?

    Have you called UC?

    They should be able to post you a statement.

    Heya @Cillawhite (loving the name) and a warm welcome to the community.

    As Kimi has said, calling UC would be your best bet as we'd be unable to say why. I totally understand the frustration though!

    my payment was due on Friday 22nd August but as its a Bank Holiday I'm guessing Monday morning phone call will be a non starter...
