Section 21

Hi everyone
Sorry to hear about your situation Jack .
My disabled sister who is still in hospital after getting septic shock 11 weeks ago is in a similar position to jack except that sepsis has affected her fingers & toes that she will sadly lose them in the near future . She has Epilepsy, a spine problem that means she is unable to walk & mental health issues . She has also received a section 21 a few months ago it has gone to court & awaiting a bailiffs eviction date . Her council have said they have no accommodation available the hospital said it needs to discharge my sister & the only option is a care home & that is not something my sister or our family want for her . If anyone has any advice that would be amazing . Thank so much .0 -
Not sure if OP is in Scotland, but for anyone who is and is having similar difficulties this charity is really good at assisting to secure suitable housing:

Hey @elainep welcome to the community. 😁
Would you mind it I turned your comment into it's own discussion? I'm just worried people will be replying to Jack still and your question might get missed in all the confusion.
