Terrified DWP phone call tomorrow for id. tell them about pension i forgot
Hi im getting a DWP call tomorrow for ID.. i was told i can tell them other things.. I forgot about a pension i had from optin out of serps back in the early 90s.
Do i need to tell them about it?
says it will pay out £495 a yr in 2037
Please any advice

If you're under pension age and it's not paying you anything now, there's nothing to worry about
It will only be relevant in 2037, but even then far from the end of the world

Heya @Oxymore as Mustang has said, there's nothing to panic about at all, the pension isnt relevant as it's not paying out. But you're totally free to let the DWP know about it if it will ease your mind a bit? 😁

The biographical phone call is very quick and simple, I took was quite panicky about it but the lady was nice
