Hi, my name is nancyh22! Compliance interview second call. Is this normal?
Hi I have seen alot of posts regarding Universal Credit review i had one two days ago gave them all my bank accounts and thought the call i got went well that was until this morning when i got a message that I have to get another phone interview on Friday. This has got me in a spin as to why when i gave them all the information they asked for and answered all the questions as honestly as i could has anyone else had this happen?

There is always a second call to go through any questions they may have about your bank statements and to ask other questions.
