Elderly mum moving in and benefits

hi everyone
My elderly mum is receiving DLA and has state pension and my late dads pension
I receive UC (migration from income based ESA support group) and PIP
In 2 weeks a walk in shower and toilet will be completed for my mum, she will then be moving in. Will I loose any of my benefits and could we get a reduction in council tax?
The house belongs to my mum
I rented from her for 12 years, she had become increasingly ill and has now moved from her rented bungalow.
I don’t receive any housing benefit as it stopped when I migrated
Thank you

Your UC won't be effected.
CTR is calculated on a local level and each local authority has different rules for this. Meaning it's very hard to advise on individual cases from here.

our council tax requires one room to have had alterations for the disabled person to get a discount. So your wet room would suffice, however I think every council is different. I can’t get a discount as we only have one bathroom and I really need a wet room, but my daughter’s disability needs a bath. So we just have temporary stuff my hubby has to swap around.

Apart from your not being entitled to the housing element with her living there your UC shouldn't be affected.
Whether she gets a council tax discount will depend on savings mostly I think.
