Universal credit phone call

Good afternoon this morning after just waking up I got a call from universal credit saying they just want to go through a few questions with me , as anyone had this before ? I literally asked him to calm back as I need to take my medication and sort myself out and he agreed to call back in an hour , he then called me back and asked me questions about my income bank accounts, who lives with me ect but never asked to see any bank statements , he said its because I don't have an online journal and they are checking everything is up to date. Has anyone had a radom call Like this ? I'm obviously worried I haven't done anything wrong
