Face to face/ telephone interview

Completed first review forms early May, if I need a face to face/telephone interview, will I be advised of that by text or letter?

    You're normally advised by letter if you need a face to face or telephone assessment😊

    Received text today,saying assessment now completed, so probably best to wait for the letter with the decision.

    They won't always give the outcome over the phone anyway, so you are correct it's best waiting for the letter.
