Pip tribunal
hi. I had a pip tribunal that was adjourned because the dwp didn’t bring their evidence.
I have now had a letter saying the next one will last 3 days.
im not sure that I will be able to sit for a 3 day hearing without being in an incredible amount of pain.
Has anybody had a hearing that has lasted this long

Hi @userB and a warm welcome to the community.
3 days does seem like an excessive amount of time for a tribunal. Most only last an hour or so. I'd suggest getting in touch with the tribunal service, just to make sure it's not an error on their part.

I did think it seemed a lot.
So I phoned them after I received the letter and they confirmed that it’s booked in for 3 days

Like @Albus_Scope I have never heard of a tribunal lasting 3 days.
