hi yesterday me and my appointee had a phone call from the uc , they set up appointment at the jobcentre for appointee to veirfy her id and bank card for the uc payment , they also said about a security code and they also gave us a date for the payment , does this mean the claim was successful ?

Hi @RachaelCapper, welcome to the community. Is this the first time your appointee is claiming Universal Credit?
They'll hopefully be setting things up, but they'll need to verify everything before it all gets confirmed. There may be a couple more stages and things to confirm afterwards. They should be able to explain what's next as you go through the claim.
