Capita complaint upheld

hi there everyone, a little update as I wait for my mandatory reconsideration. Capita have upheld my complaint and said the assessment should have been terminated. My question is , does anyone know if this will affect the outcome for the mandatory reconsideration?

You will need to await the decision letter.

Thanks, it turns out capita have redone the assessment but this time it was a paper based assessment, so fingers crossed that this one is more accurate.
