Migration to UC

Good afternoon to everybody. I have just received an email from UC about my UC payments. This is my first payment and I have migrated from ESA(I am in the support group, and also receive PIP) and it seems that the payments have been reduced considerably by £160 per month. Also there is no mentioned of housing cost. Has anyone else experienced the same? Thanks in advanced. Robi
