UC Migration confused

So yesterday I did my son's migration as his appointee. It would not verify him so I got a message saying we will arrange to call you. I left a message on the journal that I worked 2 days a week in schools so don't have access to my phone. The reply was it was me who needed to be verified not my son. The person I have been dealing with is a bit like knocking on wood compared to the lovely lady who has been replying to messages on our daughters journal. Today I have been firmly put in my place with a message saying after we have told you numerous times somone will call you to make an appointment as it's your ID that needs verifying not your Son's. ( didn't have any issues with daughters claim). How long did folk on here wait get an appointment to get ID verified and do you get a message left in journal with a time or a call to have another call/appointment.
