If you have a paper based assessment is there an assessors report you can request to see how they made the decision for p.i.p?

Yes you can request a copy of any assessment, it doesn't matter how that assessment was carried out.

When I was in the Support Group for ESA I had a letter in the post once or twice offering me help with a specialist work coach if I wanted it.
