Getting hammered by DWP

Evening all.

I recently was 'reviewed' and filled in the masses of A4 paperwork needed for the review, then a few months later capita told me I need to have an assessment via the phone, so I did that and now they want to do 'another' assement as they claimed they need more evidence..really…I've been getting the enhanced for over 7 years.

What kinda 'setup' is capita when I did an assessment for well over an hour via the phone and now they want another one….so what was the 'review' for then..?

Strange company is capita with strange rules.

    Hi,

    If the first assessor has had complaints made about the quality of their assessments for other claimants, that may be one reason why you need another assessment now. I assume you have not the result from the review yet? If you have had a result then this could just be an error. It is not common to need another assessment like this.
