hi everyone , so I was found limited work capability . I went on holiday for over 6 weeks but I didn’t know if you exceed one month your claim gets closed . So now my claim is closed , would anyone know if I can claim back my LWRCA on my new claim? And would I need to go through the assessments and sick note off 3 months all over again? I was only getting it for a few months with a review up to 2 years . Would appreciate please thanks you

I believe you will need to go through a Work Capability Assessment process again unfortunately.

My understanding is rapid reclaims only apply when the claim ended due to financial reasons.
